Pago de Valcaliente is the flagship red from this 65 hectare biodynamic vineyard.100% Grenache, partially fermented and aged in oak, the nose reminds one of sour cherries, licorice, and  hint of fallen leaves. In the mouth, smooth and elegant with a lovely long finish. Ideal with roast beef, or a vintage cheddar, or indeed any food that you are happy to linger over.
