The 3eme Cuvee 2020 (13.5% ABV)
An interesting blend of Vermentino, Grenache Blanc and Roussane, with the last of these being fermented in new oak barrels to bring additional body and richness. Long and full in the mouth, this is made for drinking with food, chicken dishes just as much as more traditional fish, whether grilled or with a sauce.
